I have a workflow that utilizes a state machine with flexi tasks. When I receive the email letting me know that I have a task to respond to, I click the link to respond to the task and get a javascript error (image enclosed). Clicking YES to continue closes the Microsoft Security message but doesn't open the task.

it looks like notification body got somehow corrupted with some edits. when you hover over link you should correct link instead of javascript reference.
can you try to recreate notification body from scratch?
