Since migration to SharePoint 2016 I've noticed that some list don't display Nintex WF options unless I'm on a personal view of the list. Screenshots below.

+17Migrations typically move the workflow over and their association over. Can you share what software or method you used to perform the migration?
Also, can you check to see if the app has been added correctly to the list? That seems like an odd association issue for the menu context.
