So I’m trying to update my Nintex 2016 Solution from 4.2 to 4.3.1.1 and it just sat on creating Core Components upgrade job for 3600 seconds (1 hour) before moving to the next WSP which also failed. Anti-virus disabled, UAC turned off, I used an account that was a Farm Admin and local admin of all servers, database owner and all the other prerequisites... Any thoughts as to why this happened? Could I manually remove and add the new version of the WSPs?
