Nintex Task Approval Sync to SharePoint List Field

Hello, I've created a tasks within Nintex Workflow that send out approval/rejection requests to specific contacts from the SharePoint list, but after the task approval has been completed, there is not a field on the SharePoint list showing this. Is there a way to sync a Task Approval/Rejection directly into a field on the SharePoint List?
