I'm trying to get Nintex Sign set up and working in my environment and I can't find the system/Nintex version requirements.

My Environment:

SharePoint 2013

Nintex Workflows Version 3.3.1.0

We do not have Nintex Live enabled. And the documentation for the Nintex Sign says that the settings are located in the Live and External Settings page in Central Admin.

What do I need to do to enable Nintex Sign? Upgrade Nintex Workflows? Enable Nintex Live? I can't find this information anywhere on the site.

Hi,
The Nintex Sign action was only added in the last release of Nintex workflow. You will need to upgrade to build 3.5.0.0.
Nintex always recommends testing any upgrade in a development environment first before updating your production.

Thanks! Upgrading Nintex is a very involved process in my environment, but it's on the docket.

Do you know if you need Nintex Live activated in order to use it?

Hi,
Nintex live needs to be activated before you can activate the Nintex Sign in Central administration.
