Hi.
I suddenly keep getting this error when using Nintex Sign.
404 - {"error":"404 No element instance found with ID: 572341"}
It worked perfectly until now.
The error occurs at the "Wait for Signature" action. The workflow sends a contract for signature to two parties. This works fine, however the workflow fails and the following actions/steps are never initiated.
How do i resolve this?
