Is there any videos on how to use Nintex People Picker? Just simply adding the People field box is not enough. Although the field works, when looking at the SharePoint in view mode a name shows as #<●€•□%&÷,' instead of the name that shows in Nintex. Frustrating! Have to find secret codes!

No there is no secret to using the People picker.
Just add the control to a form and it works.
What build of Nintex Forms are you using? Are you using a language other than english? Do you see this in all browsers? Are there any erroes in the browser console when the form loads in view mode?

+1I'm using Nintex SharePoint. I was able to figure it out though. 1) Once the Nintex People Picker field is added, 2) The corresponding SharePoint column has to set to People. This will populate the people instead of the login garble.
