Nintex Forms - if one field contains data hide a second field

This is my first time using and learning forms, so thank you for your patience. I am converting from InfoPath.

1) Nintex and sharepoint 2013

2) 4 fields

3) if field 1 contains data hide field 4

4) then I will replicate for the other fields
