Nintex Forms 2013 with SharePoint 2013 Not Working on Mobile Devices

Hello,

 

I have a Classic Nintex Form (for some reason the responsive option does not show up on load) 2013 on SharePoint 2013 and we are hoping to get the form working on mobile devices.

 

The form looks fine on desktop, but we need this to work on mobile devices as well. In Nintex Forms, we have tried using the layout for iPhone, Android, and Mobile, and none of these work. What happens on a mobile device is that the screen shows the navigation of the SharePoint and not the form (iPhone 11), or nothing at all (Android.)

 

Is there a way to make Nintex Forms work with mobile on SharePoint 2013?

    Hi,

     

    you should disable SharePoint site feature related to mobile browser view

    Hi.

    A reason the responive option is not given is that your build of Nintex Forms may be before responsive forms were added.

    Try publishing with the SmartPhone template. This is a generic template that will cover all mobile devices.
