Nintex Form "Working On It" Never opens from one item on SP List

We have a SharePoint list with thousands of entries. The list has Nintex forms. When I go to edit a list item or even view it, the "Working on it" screen never goes away and the form is never brought up. Is there a way to troubleshoot specific form entries or is this more of a SharePoint list thing?

Could it be that the list items (there are 2 out of over 6k) are simply too large with all of the information/attachments?

 

I am not a SharePoint admin/developer and have just been thrust into learning Nintex from scratch, so go easy on me. Any assistance would be appreciated

    Hi,
    Check the Browser console or run a fiddler trace while opening the form as this may give you an idea of what the issue may be.

    So... it is sitting pending on: https://formso365.nintex.com/

    However, the actual link is something very long and has our Sharepoint URLs in there so I don't want to plaster those on the forum. I would put it in a ticket if I had to though.

     

    Other items can reach that without issue.

    Compare an item that works with one that does not work.
    Look at the metadata. Look for any special characters.
    If there are people/person columns make sure the people are valid.

    The people are pulled from the GAL so they are all valid and active employees. I can view the list, It is just when I try to edit the item - which then goes to open the Nintex Form - it hangs.

    Is there any way to see how large a particular SharePoint list item is?
