Can someone confirm if I can export Nintex Classic form from SharePoint 2013 and import it in SharePoint 2010?
Yes, I'm going backward i.e. from SP 2013 to SP 2010.

I cant see why not.
You may run into some trouble though if functionality has been added to the 2013 form that does not exist in 2010. Apart from bug fixes I cant think of any off the top of my head. Maybe some runtime functions.
