I'd like to apply styling to Classic Form to make it look more like the response design. Has anyone does this before and be willing to share their css code?

Considering the issues and the instability of formatting rules in the classic designer (I've even demoed it to Euan Gamble a few months back), I see now way to have a proper responsive working with the existing one and with the rules.
