We are thinking of using Nintex e-signatures in our Nintex forms, can you confirm that Nintex e-signature can be signed by external users too? what are the challenges?

Which environment are you using Nintex forms in (Office 365, SharePoint On Prem, Nintex Workflow Cloud)? Also, are you interested in collecting these signatures on mobile forms or just with a desktop (web based) version of the form?
