Symptoms

Dears,

We face issue on our development environment we have integration with exchange server and new task notification not received for all users.
(k2 admin account can received the new task notifications - k2 service account don’t receive it )
For email mail event its working fine and all users receive this emails .


and the below error message appear

please let us know if any permissions required for k2 service account on the exchange server .
