I know in the olden days, you could include different panels in the View form vs. the Edit or New form. Is this capability in the New Responsive form designer and I'm just missing it? If not, is it planned to be added? Is there a rule I can build that will show a panel only in the View mode?

In New Responsive Forms use a Group control which is equivalent to a panel.
Then set a rule on the Group control.
