New project: approach question

Hello,
I'm a newbie to K2.net. For our first workflow project I must develop a "complaint form workflow" with K2. It must be written in ASP.NET 2.0

I've seen the demo with sharepoint and infopath, but what must I take in considiration if I develop in asp.net 2.0. What are steps that I must take to get started.
