New form submission taking very long time to submit for first time k2 users
 

Diagnoses

Users who access a form for the first time wait between 5 and 60mins for the form to submit and kick off a process, this only happens for first time submissions, thereafter the submission takes less than 5 seconds.
 

Resolution

A coldfix is available from K2 Support.
