Nested look ups in a form

Hello!  I have a form that has two nested or cascading lookups (both SharePoint lists).  First look up is an employee list.  Based on the selection from this look up, I need to display a list of all items the selected employee has, not in a drop down, but a complete visible list.  Thanks for your help.
