You may be able to use K2 out-of-the-box [Reporting > Activity Instances > Event Instance > Activity Instance Audit] information to determine if an item had been redirected/delegated in conjunction with the information from the [Activity Instances > Activity Instance Destinations] to see who had action-ed the item. The same information will also be returned by the "Activity Instance Audit" SmartObject and the "Activity Instance Destination" SmartObject.
