Symptoms
We are going from HTTP to HTTPS protocol. What changes do we need to make in K2 to support this?
Diagnoses
There are some steps needed to change from HTTP to HTTPS:
Resolution
1. Set the HTTPS bindings for the K2 Workspace Site and K2 SmartForms web site (if installed in a separate Web Site).
2. Delete the HTTP Binding from the K2 Workspace Web site and/or SmartForms Web site.
3. Reconfigure K2 running the K2 Setupmanager and selecting Configure.
4. Select Bindings when you get to the Workspace web site and make sure you only have the HTTPS binding and select it.
5. Finish the installation:
6. Run the K2 SmartForms setup manager and configure it.
7. When you get to the Designer and Runtime web sites configurations, click on Bindings and make sure you have the HTTPS selected and that it is the only one.
8. Finish the installation.
That should be all you need to change K2 to use HTTPS.
