Is it really K2.net 2003 and not K2 blackpearl which is the latest version of the workflow tool.  If it is K2.net 2003 there is course material at:  http://help.k2.com/en/2003training.aspx

If its blackpearl the following site should help:

You'll need to use your K2 portal account to log in.  If you don't have one then your K2 contact at your company or your K2 rep should be able to help you.
