I have a "My Workflow Tasks" webpart that displays workflow tasks assigned to the current user from all site collections across the farm. There are some entries that are blank except for the Workflow Name. There is no link or reference to any task list. I have searched through task lists and found no tasks missing information, so I have no way of finding the source of these entries. Any assistance greatly appreciated!
