Diagnoses
I have a form created and it is working fine except that to run it from the URL, I must be logged into the Forms Designer. Otherwise, I get a Navigation error and it cannot find the page.
Resolution
Are you using Internet Explorer? Usually, the prompting for credentials is a browser setting/configuration.
If you wish to use Internet Explorer's Integrated Authentication, please add the K2 Workspace site and K2 Smartforms site to the Browser's Local Intranet zone or the Trusted zone. Please see the below link for this detail:

This setting is per zone and is usually located in the Internet Options > Security > tZone] > Custom level.. > User Authentication (toward the bottom) > Logon:
- "Automatically logon only in Intranet zone" or "Automatic logon with current user and password" option depending on your zone configurations.
