Multiple SharePoint servers connecting to one K2 server

Hi

I'm trying to work out the best development environment for team developement of SharePoint with K2 workflow. My question is - can we just set up multiple SharePoint servers (SharePoint/IIS on Win 2003) to connect to one K2 server? K2 is already installed on one server, do I need to reinstall it to accomodate this configuration?
