Multiple Attachment Fields and Copy to Sharepoint Action

I need assistance copying attachments from a secondary attachment field on a list form to a document set in another library. Is there any way to filter the attachments so that only the attachments from the appropriate attachment section are copied? I do not want all the attachments to copy and I need to update a document set that contains documents that cannot be overwritten or altered. There may be more than one attachment in the secondary attachment field.
