Multi Checkbox: Clearing or Disabling Other Values

I would like to know how I can achieve the following through Javascript&colon;

If "None required" is selected, all other previously selected values should be unchecked, and then disabled.

What happens if the user clicks this choice by mistake? How ill they change it if all is disabled?

Hi Simon,

By unchecking "None required" again, the other options should be enabled again.
