Hello All
As the title suggests, can this be done? The "Add new row" text should appear at the top of the repeating section. If this cannot be done, is there a way to have a button and some java script to add the row instead?

it should be possible to move the button with some piece of javascript code or even maybe a CSS.
but think of usefulness of such change - you sill still need to scroll up and down to append new and then fill it in, append new row, fill it in, etc.
imho having it at the bottom is better/more practical design
