Symptoms
When I run PandD to deploy my package from our DEV to QA server, we are getting a "Missing Reference" error.
Diagnoses
It appears that SharePoint 2013 Service Object and list artifacts were not bound correctly.
Resolution
Customer was able to follow the following KB, http://help.k2.com/displaycontent.aspx?id=7136_ and was able to successfully deploy the package.
