Symptoms

When deploying a package, we saw a missing reference error that mentioned the WorklistActions SmartObject.

Diagnoses

WorklistActions is part of Worklist Service Broker which is part of a K2 Community Project. SourceCode.SmartObjects.Services.WorklistService.dll was missing from the service broker directory. The community webpage for Worklist Service Broker is: http://community.k2.com/t5/K2-blackpearl/Worklist-Service-Broker/ba-p/889_

Resolution

We registered the custom service broker in the environment and that solved the problem.

Herewith the directions on registering the custom service broker: http://help.k2.com/onlinehelp/k2blackpearl/DevRef/4.6.10/default.htm_RegisteringCustomServiceBrokers.htm?Highlight=register
