Forms missing from K2 Designer - All Items > System> Management > Securty > Forms, and the Management folder within All Items > Security (in management console) is also not accessible.
Diagnoses
Management objects not deployed correctly on install.
Resolution
Redployed Management packaged (C:Program Files (x86)K2 blackpearlK2 smartformsSetupManagement.kspx). Missing components now installed and configured correctly.
