Migration path from K2 for SharePoint 2013 to K2 Appit

Hi everyone,

 

I would like to know is there any migration path from K2 for SharePoint 2013 to K2 Appit (cloud), if yes, please provide the details or reference url.

 

We have few K2 workflows and customized K2 Smartforms which are build on SharePoint 2013 On-Prem, and we would to move all our K2 artifacts to Appit.
