May I disable redirect"e for worklist item?

I assume you mean disable within the Workspace Worklist.  If so, unfortunately I don't think that is possible.

Because of the "redirect" function could be redirect the worklist item to anyone(even the people was not suppose to be involved in the workflow, that is why I would like to ask if there is any way to disable it.
