We are using K2 wizard to upload document to a SharePoint document library.
The K2 field is a DateTime field object, the SharePoint field is datetime, when using
the wizard we encountered error. My question is, what should be the type of
datetime in K2 process instance data fields so I can properly map it to SharePoint
datetime field using the wizard.

+3This is probably an issue with the release of Blackpearl you are using. I've seen some similar issues with passing DateTime objects (data fields) to other systems. Which release of BlackPearl are you using? If you have not done so already, please open a ticket with K2 Support.

+1Thanks for the reply. We are using 803 and I already reported to K2 but reply from the support says their Labs team is going to investigate. It looks like they haven't encountered this problem, I wonder why as this is very common issue.
