Are there any tools available to manage inactive AD user accounts in Identity Cache? We notice that K2 is still trying to resolve the inactive accounts during identity cache refresh.

Resolution
There is currently no available tool that supports this. Please refrain from deleting any data from the identity table as this is part of the core operations of K2. Instead, here are a few suggestions:
1. Change the inactive entries ExpireOn / ContainerExpireOn / MembersExpireOn to a future date
2. Change the Enabled column to False
