Can a Form be published Live to an external user and be viewed on Nintex Mobile?

Not that I'm aware of Fernando. They need to be authenticated if they use Nintex Mobile. If they are authenticated then you could restrict what forms they are allowed to use via site/list permissions and/or NME.
