Linking a request form to a notification

Hi, I am new to creating forms and workflows and could do with some help please. So i have created  new forms and got all my workflows working but i am stuck at the final step. Can i link the original request form to a notification so the last notification recieves the original request that was submitted?

    Hi,

    Yes this is possible.
    In your send notification action you can construct your email and use references that connect back to the SharePoint list columns to insert the information that was submitted.
