So you want the people notified that the task was approved to go to the approval form (not the item form)?

For what purpose might I ask?

You can store the task ID in the flexi task action which you can then use to build a url to your task form?

"Store task IDs in" at the bottom on the Action tab just above Advanced Options.

Yes, because the approval form (Flexi Task) contains more control fields than the request form (Item Form).

After the request has been accepted, the approver should fill in the next steps and send a mail to different people which should see the approval form and not the request form itself.

OK I would then suggest you get the task ID and build the url as I previously stated to take the emailed users to the completed task.
