I would like to ask for your help how to link a sharepoint list to my file in D drive. It means that whenever I work on a local file, it will automatically update any changes to sharepoint list.

how could sharepoint know about your local drive?
how could it know which exact PC should it access the drive from?
that's not possible.
what you could do is to store files to a document library (instead of list item attachments).
document libraries support to access them via UNC path. so you can map a library's path to a drive letter to pretend being local drive
