Hello All (caution Newbie!),

I recently downloaded a Virtual Server (for training purposes) from this page: http://help.k2.com/kb001613

When I try to run the VM in Oracle Virtual Box, I encounter several licensing issues. I was able to request an eval license for the K2 Smart Forms Designer and that seems to have been updated properly. However, when I try to run the designer, the app starts IE and tries to navigate to https://k2.denallix.com/designer/default.aspx and I get an error message:

1059 SourceCode.Forms.Runtime.ManagementServer component not licensed.

I ran K2 smartforms Setup Manager to try and update the configuration. All works well except there is one glitch. Reviewing the InstallerTraceLog, I see a logged error that states:

LoggedError: Deployment Error: 1059 SourceCode.Deployment.Runtime.DeploymentServer component not licensed!

What/how do update my licenses so that this error is fixed?
