+1I am having an error retrieving an information from another site using the LOOKUP in the form, can anyone advise me please. I tried this is the site to collect the information:

The formula I made below:
lookup("/sites/DOCUMENTATION/EMPLISTS","EmpID",EmpID,"EmpName"), its not working... :(

I pulled up the help documentation and found this:
To point to a list in another site, precede the list title with the server relative url path of the site, then delimit the list title with a pipe ‘|’ symbol, e.g.“/sites/siteCollection/siteA|customList”
