K2.Net: K2.Net 2003 SP3
Try to start k2studio, an error occurr as attachment.
Use VS.Net 2003 to debug, the error is on the code:
if (!pThread->InitInstance())
....

There is two possible reasons documented for this.
Firstly change (if it exists) the value of 'NORecentDocsHistory' to '0' located in the following key in the registry:
'HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionPoliciesExplorer'
If this does not fix the problem try re-installing k2.Net Studio.
