K2 Smartforms Designer will not load, Internet Explorer says "this page cannot be displayed"

Diagnoses

K2Designer will not load, Internet Explorer say "this page cannot be displayed". Workspace is working fine.

Resolution

After lots of attempts, client un-installed and re-installed of K2 SmartForms to resolve the issue.
