Diagnoses
The Workspace page is not displaying correctly and simple things like adding a user to a role cannot be done because of it.
Resolution
Be sure to check if the site has been added to the intranet zone via internet options for IE.
Be sure to check if the site has been added to the trusted sites via IE as well.
