Diagnoses
You have a locked down windows app store for win desktops. Is it be possible to get a copy of the K2 Workspace Windows App standalone package.?
Resolution
You may need to contact K2 support for the app in this isntance.
Please note the package you may receive is unsigned and cannot be distributed so you will have to resign it again and distribute it to the devices via the MDM.
