Symptoms
Getting the error message when navigating to K2 Workspace > Management Console Tab > Licensing section, "Could not find stored procedure 'Form.GetObjectCountsForForm".
Diagnoses
This is usually a sign that K2 Smartforms server components have not been installed on K2 server when setting up new K2 environment on existing K2 database.
Resolution
Installing K2 Smartforms server components fixed the issue.
