Symptoms
K2 Workspace Paging buttons are hidden by default after upgrading to K2 blackpearl 4.6.9
Diagnoses
After upgrading from 4.6.7 to 4.6.9 the paging buttons on K2 workspace are now hidden by default.
It seems like the screen is extended beyond what is visible.
Resolution
This is a know issue and there is a existing TFS for this which will be reviewed for a future release - TFS item 533647
Workaround:
Press F11 on IE to go full screen and then pressing it again so that the JavaScript reconfigures the heights and then it is visible again.
