Symptoms
K2 workspace is running very slow. We only have 3 processes deployed to this environment. I cannot even use the K2 Process Overview report.
I see in K2 workspace’s management, it shows 2 different servers running on port 5555.
Diagnoses
The issue pertains to having more than one Host Server running workspace.
Resolution
Disabling the Autodiscover feature so that only one Host Server was shown in the Workspace Explorer, see link below. After further testing, the slowness stopped and workspace and reports were loading fast.
