Symptoms
I have a very important issue since the upgrade to 4.6.9. On our SharePoint intranet homepage the worklist doesn't show. It looks like an authentication issue. When I open the form directly in the browser it works, but from within SharePoint (called from a content editor webpart) it doesn't. This is unfortunately visible for all our users.
This issue is the same on our development environment and on production. I tried to find something in the hostserver logs but I cannot see anything.
Diagnoses
This is a known issue but our labs team have been working on a Coldfix.
Resolution
A Coldfix was applied and it was successful!
Issue is resolved and working 100%
