Symptoms

In K2 Studio, starting the SmartForms Client Event return the following error:

Diagnoses

Some environment fields used by K2 Studio were not set i.e. was empty.
 

Resolution

Updating the fields from the Environment Library allowed K2 Studio to function properly again.
