Symptoms

Unable to add a row if browser uses Turkish language. Repro steps:

1. Create a simple editable list view - editing multiple columns.
2. Open Mozilla (it is easier to change the set of languages in Mozilla, though you can do this with IE), open settings, add Turkish language and place it on the first place.
3. Open the view, created in p.1, in Edit mode and save it.
4. Navigate to the view url and try to add several rows to the view. Moreover, you are not able to add any rows in other browsers.

Set English as a main language in the browser (or use another browser where English is a default one), open the view in edit mode and save it.
Everything should work in all browsers again.
